The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of good corporate governance (GCG) and capital structure on the firm value with financial performance as intervening variable. The population was 132 manufacture companies listed in BEI (Indonesia Stock Exchange) in the period of 2008- 2012, and 100 of them were used as the samples, taken by using purposive sampling technique.
